International Schedule released with key matches at the SCG

International Cricket will be played in 11 cities and 14 venues throughout the 2025-26 season, marking the first time in 17 years that every State and Territory capital city will host matches.

The schedule, spanning eight months from August 2025 to March 2026, includes the NRMA Insurance men’s Ashes Series, a men's white ball series against India, and a multiformat women’s series against India.

Key Matches at the Sydney Cricket Ground:

The highly anticipated NRMA Insurance men’s Ashes Five-Test series will see Pat Cummins’ Australians defend the Ashes trophy against Ben Stokes’ England, concluding with the Pink Test at the SCG from January 4-8, 2026.

Before the Ashes series, the men’s team will face India in a white ball series. This series includes a five-match T20I series, a first between these two teams, and a three-match ODI series. The ODI series will feature a day-night match at the SCG on Saturday 25 October 2025.

The Australian women’s team will host a multiformat series against India, including three marquee T20I matches, with one of these matches being held at the SCG on Sunday 15 February 2026.

The international season begins in the Top End with Darwin, Cairns, and Mackay hosting men's T20Is and ODIs against South Africa. This Northern Australia Series follows their World Test Championship final in June.

Fans can register now for priority access to international ticket pre-sales, which begin on Tuesday 3 June 2025, with general public tickets on sale from Friday 13 June.
